With this diaper you have the opportunity to change adults perfectly and easily. It is equipped with a 2-in-1 system and is very easy to use, as the inserts are attached to the overpants using Velcro. The elastic cuffs of the absorbent pads (not included in the price) also give you additional leakage protection. Additional absorbent pads made of microfiber, organic cotton or bamboo/StayDry can also be ordered. These are always worn under the 2in1 insert.

You can also use the overpants several times as long as they are not dirty or too wet.
