When changing diapers, only the insert or the diaper needs to be changed. When the overpants are clean, simply air them out briefly and reuse them! It is best to use 2 overpants alternately.

You can help determine the changing intervals, depending on how many and which absorbent pads are worn in the overpants.

You can also simply put muslin diapers in your overpants. Anything that sucks and is considered good for the baby's bottom!
